My Approach

Client-Centred at the Heart of Therapy

My practice is built on a deeply client-centred approach.

I recognize that no two people experience life in the same way. Therapy should therefore never be a one-size-fits-all process.

Our work together is collaborative. We will identify what matters most to you, establish goals that are meaningful to you, and tailor our sessions to your individual needs, experiences, strengths, values, culture, and pace.

Therapy should feel like a partnership.

You do not need to know exactly what to say or where to begin. We can begin wherever you are.

My Therapeutic Style

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, collaborative, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and non-judgmental.

I combine professional knowledge with genuine human connection. I listen carefully to your experiences and work with you to explore the emotions, beliefs, experiences, and patterns that may be influencing your current life.

My practice draws from evidence-informed approaches including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Person-Centred Therapy
  • Psychodynamic approaches
  • Narrative Therapy
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Mindfulness-based strategies
  • Trauma-informed practice

These approaches are thoughtfully integrated, not applied mechanically.

Your therapy is tailored to you.

A Safe Space to Be You

People need to feel safe, respected, and understood to engage meaningfully in therapy.
